Choose a Healthy Eating Pattern
There
are several miracle diets in the market that lead to successful
weight loss if you follow them exactly as they are designed. That
doesn't mean every food that fits into a diet is healthy, and it
does mean you have to deprive yourself of many foods and nutrients
that are essential for good health. These diets if followed for
too long are very capable of causing serious problems to people's
health.
The main issue with these diets is that the weight we worked so
hard to lose comes back when we return to our usual eating habits.
So, we return to a diet, we lose the weight once more, and go up
and down and up and down. This way we play with nature and mess
up our own metabolism. Body fat levels increase, and it becomes
harder and harder to maintain a healthy body weight.
